Managing contract development, service descriptions and the negotiation leading to contract closure. Coordinating external legal advice as well as technical subject matter advice.

Managing the transition into the new contract. A number of parallel projects were executed in order to implement the new governance of the relationship, service levels at application level, and a technology refresh.
